Many customers who have not touched the hot-melt marking machine often have such a misunderstanding that they think that the hot-melt marking machine is the same as the cold spray at room temperature, as long as there is a hot-melt marking machine. However, the actual situation is that the hot-melt marking machine construction is much more complicated than the normal temperature marking construction. 

1. Due to the hot melt marking machine construction, the powdered hot melt marking machine paint needs to be heated to a high temperature of 180-200 degrees Celsius and melted into a liquid before use. For construction safety, small hot-melt marking machines will use the marking device and the heating equipment that heats and melt the paint separately, so as to avoid unnecessary scalds and greatly improve the efficiency of the melt. 

2. The hot-melt marking machine equipment needed by the initial marking construction team includes: hydraulic double-cylinder hot-melt kettle, hand-push hot-melt marking machine, LXD860 advanced hand-push hot-melt marking machine, zebra crossing machine, Hand-push pre-scribing machine, etc. Among them, the hydraulic double-cylinder hot melt kettle is recommended to use the hydraulic double-cylinder hot melt kettle. This hot melt kettle adopts a vehicle-mounted design, which greatly facilitates transportation.

3. At the same time, it has the characteristics of high melt efficiency, good melt quality, less fuel use, energy saving and environmental protection, simple operation, and high safety. It can be used with the hand-push marking machine for yellow and white hot-melt flat long solids. The construction of marking lines and short dashed marking lines is very efficient.

The road surface should be cleaned during the construction of the marking machine: specially arrange personnel to clean the road surface to ensure that the road surface is clean and free of obvious dust.     

Measuring and setting out: Under the condition of a clean road, do the dots in accordance with the design drawings, and then select the white latex material to release the water line of the road edge line, and then carry out the marking work after the inspection is correct.       

The marking of marking machine:

a: Put the hot melt paint into the hot melt kettle and heat it evenly to the appropriate temperature;

b: On the side of the laid waterline, evenly apply the special undercoat agent for roads to make the road surface better adhere to the markings, and to prevent the evaporation of underground water to prevent the markings from falling off after the completion of the construction;

c: Put the hot-melt paint that has melted into a constructable state into the hand-push construction vehicle, and put an appropriate amount of glass beads in the vehicle body;

d: Adjust the flow rate, and start construction when the primer is dry to a suitable level. The construction is based on the waterline to ensure the construction quality;

e: Lane edge line, lane dividing line , guide arrow, road center line, warning marking, etc. The coating thickness is 1.5-2.0mm, and the thickness of the deceleration marking is 5mm. The glass beads on the surface should be evenly spread, and the marking lines drawn should have good visibility, consistent width, equal spacing, flush edges, good reflective effect, and strong combination with the road surface;

f: Cleaning: In the construction process, clean up while marking the construction, so that there is no throwing, sprinkling, dripping, leakage, no pollution, no oil and water leakage in the equipment. The construction team will clean up the road surface in the area in time by constructing a certain distance from the marking line to keep the road surface clean and free from pollution or damage.
