Abstract: Check the connection of various components of the road marking machine equipment and whether there are other abnormal conditions. In case of abnormal conditions and missing or damaged parts, the Quality Minister shall be notified in time and relevant technical personnel shall be sought for inspection and repair.

1. Road marking machine equipment and marking platform must be maintained daily and weekly. Daily maintenance should ensure that all parts and surroundings are free of dust, oil, debris and dirt. Wipe the platform and track, and the track should be cleaned with a clean soft cloth. Weekly maintenance should be done on a pair of rails on a weekly basis. The surface of the guide rail of the magnetic scale must not be oiled, and be careful not to contaminate it), check the connection of each component and whether there are other abnormal conditions. 

2. In case of abnormal conditions and missing or damaged parts, notify the Minister of Quality in a timely manner and find relevant technical personnel for inspection and maintenance.

3. No one is allowed to step on or collide with the plane of the track and the auxiliary plane during use. 

4. When lifting castings, it is strictly forbidden to pass the castings above the platform to avoid accidental damage to the marking machine. 

5. Lifting the upper and lower platforms of castings must be directed by a dedicated person. The castings can only be accessed from the west or north side of the platform to prevent collisions with the scribing machine column and any other parts. It is strictly forbidden to turn over large castings around the platform during operation.

6. It is strictly forbidden for anyone to disassemble the track protection sleeve.

7. After the road marking machine equipment is stopped, the measuring arm must be hit to the center of the platform to prevent accidental collision.
