During construction, first use a high pressure road surface blowing machine cleaner to blow off the road surface dirt and sand and other debris to ensure that the road surface is free from loose particles, dust, asphalt, oil and other debris that affect the quality of the marking and dry. Then, according to the requirements of the engineering design, use an automatic pay-off machine and assisted manual operation to pay out the line in the planned construction section, and then use a high-pressure airless undercoat agent sprayer to spray the same type and amount of undercoat agent as approved by the supervision engineer (Base oil), after the coater is fully dried, use self-propelled hot-melt marking machine or hand-held hot-melt marking machine to implement marking.

The spreading of glass beads should be spread on the marked line under pressure at the amount of 0.3kg/m as required by the supervising engineer. During construction, it is required that the atmospheric temperature should not be lower than 10℃. When the paint is heated in the heating kettle or the thermal insulation barrel of the marking machine, the temperature should be controlled within the temperature value specified in the paint instruction manual, and should not be lower or higher than lower or higher Temperature limit, because the hot-melt coating used in this project is imported hydrocarbon resin material, its time in melting state shall not exceed 6h. The entire construction will be carried out at the time designated by Party A, and the construction must be temporarily suspended when it is rainy, dusty, windy, and the temperature is below 10°C.

During construction, before the prescribed procedures are completely completed, corresponding traffic safety measures should be taken, warning signs should be set up as required, vehicles and pedestrians should be strictly prevented from passing through the work area, and coatings should be prevented from being carried out or forming ruts.

The specific construction methods of road markings are as follows:

1. Sweep the road surface: First, perform basic treatment on the road surface and remove road debris. If the road debris is difficult to remove by conventional methods, use a steel brush type road surface cleaner to hardly remove the road debris, and then use a wind road cleaner to blow off the road debris, and finally meet the road cleaning standards that meet the marking requirements.

2. Construction setting-out: within the scope of the construction section, according to the construction drawings and technical requirements, measuring and setting-out, so as to facilitate the construction standard control. After finishing the stakeout, perform the initial inspection. After the initial inspection is qualified, the supervision engineer will be asked to carry out the acceptance. The next process can only be carried out after the acceptance is passed.

3. Spraying undercoat agent (primer oil): According to the type and spraying method of undercoat agent tested and approved by the supervision engineer, use a high-pressure airless sprayer to spray the undercoat agent according to the operating procedures.

4. Later process construction: use self-propelled hot-melt marking machine or hand-held hot-melt marking machine and other equipment to construct in accordance with the prescribed operating procedures.

5. Place warning signs to prevent cars and pedestrians from crushing the construction markings.
